About Noah

Noah Dawgiello is a Junior at Allegheny College who studies Economics and Music with a minor of Rhetoric.  Yet unclear about a career path, he keeps his scope of interest broad and malleable.

Along with traditional academic pursuits, Noah engages himself with a variety of other projects.   These have included music composition, interfaith enrichment, and epic poetry.  Some of these are explored in depth on the "Projects" page under "Output."

Aside from professional interests, Noah actively maintains several eclectic hobbies, ranging in purpose from semi-professional to pure enjoyment.  He is an acclaimed classical singer in America and Israel,  and is known in the folk community as a budding Jodlermeister.  He also enjoys playing the trombone and backpacking.

Der Ring Des Nibelungen by Richard Wagner is one of the longest musical works ever composed, clocking in at around 15 hours.  It took me a whole years to truly understand it, and now I want to make it more accessible by arranging a suite for concert band.

Janet Yellen is a dynamic character.  The chair of our Federal Reserve, she very well might be the most powerful woman in the world.  With a face as moonly as hers and a career even brighter, I thought it absurd that she has no epic poem dedicated to her story.
